THE RIVIERA OF FLOWERS
The Riviera of flowers, also known as Riviera dei Fiori extends from Cervo to the West up to the French border at Menton.
It owes its name to the classic flower markets and vibrant flower fields around Bordighera and San Remo. At the coast you often find hidden coves with beautiful sand and pebble beaches, ideal for those who love the sun on their skin and the salt on their hair; those who love to sprawl in the shore and swim in the sea.
For those who adore the lively cultural life and the Mediterranean beach atmosphere in the coast, places like Cervo, Sanremo and Imperia lure are havens. Then, there’s this real gem located only a few kilometers away from the coast: the evergreen hinterland of Liguria - small hidden villages of the Middle Ages, almost always in a picturesque setting with breathtaking views into valleys full of olive groves and scenic river baths. Each detail of beauty reminds you how sweet life is, and how deserving you are of this wonderful way of living.
The pristine, romantic, and ancient Italy still exists here - the world in which the clocks slowly ran and 'Piano, Piano' means less playing of the piano – more harmonizing. Here you sit still completely relaxed and cozy with an aperitivo and the famous 'Torta Verde' on the piazza, and just aimlessly discuss or daydream. Those who love adrenaline rush such as mountain bikers and hikers come here to fulfil their longing- idyllic paths lead through olive groves and past old farmhouses to dreamy-sleepy river pools in the woods.
This is pure Liguria. This is home for you and your dreams (about to come true)!
